DK Homes started in 2016 after years on other people's job sites, tired of watching homeowners get handed to a different person at every stage — a salesman to sell the job, a coordinator to lose the drawings, a crew that had never read them. We wanted a company where one builder stays with the project from the first walk-through to the final key handover.

That idea grew into a full design-build practice. Today we draw the plans, model every project in 3D, run the structural engineering, pull the permits and build with our own crew. Custom homes, ADUs, room additions, kitchen and bathroom remodels, and outdoor living spaces are all handled under one roof and one contract.

We work from our office on Channel Island Street in Elk Grove and build across Greater Sacramento — Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, Rancho Cordova and the surrounding towns. Close enough that your project manager is on site, not on a phone queue.
